What is Regenerative Agriculture?
Regenerative agriculture is a holistic land management practice that promotes farming without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers; leverages the power of photosynthesis in plants to close the carbon cycle, and build soil health, crop resilience and nutrient density.
There are three main components:
1. Using cover crops
2. Complex crop rotation
3. No tilling
Benefits from regenerative agriculture include:
+ Soil health
+ Water retention
+ Carbon sequestration
+ New jobs
